The 2022 Community Health Needs Assessment survey is now available. The Meadville Medical Center & Titusville Area Hospital are conducting this survey to identify the health needs in our community. Every resident of Crawford County is invited to participate.

Titusville Area Hospital in collaboration with Meadville Medical Center and Allegheny College conducts a Community Health Needs Assessment to assess the health in Crawford County by collecting, analyzing, distributing and using valid and reliable quantitative and qualitative data to improve community health.
